更新规划对水闸防洪标准复核的影响

摘　　要：在水闸安全鉴定中,规划的更新对于水闸防洪标准复核有着决定性作用。但在实践中如何在防洪标准复核时考虑规划更新情况,还需要具体分析并结合实例进行说明。为了相关人员能够更好地理解规划更新后水闸防洪标准复核工作的具体内容,本文结合水闸安全鉴定的实例对防洪标准复核进行了分析和说明。通过三汊湾节制闸防洪标准的复核可以看出,各阶段防洪规划的不同造成了水闸特征水位发生变化,在此基础上,需重新复核闸顶高程及过流能力等主要特征值。In sluice safety appraisal,the planning update plays a decisive role in the review of sluice flood control standards.However,in practice,how to take the planning update into consideration in the review of flood control standards still needs to be analyzed and illustrated with examples.In order to better understand the specific content of the review of flood control standards after the planning update for relevant personnel,this paper analyzes and explains the review of flood control standards based on the example of the safety appraisal of the sluice.Through the review of the flood control standards of Sanchawan control sluice,it can be seen that the different flood control planning at different stage causes the change of the characteristic water level of sluice.On this basis,the main characteristic values such as the top elevation and the flow capacity of the sluice need to be reviewed.
