摘　　要：为进一步推动保险制度在水利工程领域的横向拓展和纵向延伸,本文对浙江省创新实践的水利工程保险制度进行剖析,对实施背景、保险方案、创新机制、实施效益等展开了详细论述。研究表明,水利工程运行期间非灾引发的病险隐患治理仍存在诸多困难和挑战,为此建议将保险制度引入水利工程运行维修养护管理,提出了“水利工程健康保险”的概念。In order to further promote the horizontal and vertical extension of the insurance system in the field of water conservancy projects,this paper analyzes the innovative practice of the insurance system of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province,and discusses the implementation background,insurance scheme,innovation mechanism and implementation benefits in detail.The research shows that there are still many difficulties and challenges in the management of hidden dangers caused by non-disasters during the operation of water conservancy projects.Therefore,it is suggested to introduce the insurance system into the operation,maintenance and management of water conservancy projects,and put forward the concept of“health insurance for water conservancy projects”.
