摘  要:考虑到再液化技术被广泛用于回收LNG船的蒸发气(BOG),以保持货舱的温度和压力,对提高液体货物系统的安全性和降低运营成本具有重要意义,回顾BOG再液化系统的应用,对不同类型的再液化系统原理、功能和配置形式、技术要点和再液化能力分析对比得出,深冷式再液化技术在系统简单、响应时间和变工况运行方面优势显著,再液化能力动态调节、压缩膨胀机组和多股流换热器的开发是再液化系统中的关键技术,低温工况下的密封设计尤为关键。Considering that re-liquefaction technology is widely used to recover the boil-off gas(BOG)from LNG carriers to maintain temperature and pressure in the cargo hold,it is of great significance to improve the safety of liquid cargo systems and reduce operating costs.By reviewing the applications of BOG re-liquefaction systems,the principles,functions and configuration forms of different types of re-liquefaction systems were summarized.The key techniques and capacity of BOG re-liquefaction systems were analyzed and compared.It could be concluded that the cryogenic re-liquefaction technology has significant advantages in system simplicity,response time and operation under variable working conditions.The dynamic regulation of re-liquefaction capacity,development of compressor expansion unit and multi stream heat exchanger are key technologies in the re-liquefaction system,especially the sealing design under low temperature working conditions.
