摘  要:针对海上油田火炬气在不同条件下的回收需求,对比5种不同工程解决方案的适用性,利用小型天然气液化装置技术,LNG罐箱运输及LNG加注技术,基于海上各现役生产平台的实际情况,分析不同回收技术方案、工程模式的适用性,探讨适用于不同条件下的火炬气回收工程方案,分析结果表明,受现役生产平台甲板空间、公用系统能力、回收气量等条件限制,采用相应的工程方案可解决火炬气回收中的技术、经济问题。Aiming at the recycling demand of flare gas in offshore oil fields under different conditions,the applicability of five different engineering schemes was analyzed.Based on the actual situation of various offshore production platforms,the applicability of different recycling technology schemes and engineering models was investigated by using technologies of small natural gas liquefaction device,LNG tank container transportation and LNG bunkering,The flare gas recycling engineering schemes applicable to different conditions were obtained.The analysis results showed that under the restrictions of the deck space of the offshore production platform,the ability of the utility system,and the amount of gas recycled,the corresponding engineering scheme can solve the technical and economic problems in the research of flare gas recycling.
