摘  要:针对目前海洋平台多采用焊接式阳极进行防腐保护,存在阳极块更换作业时间及质量难以保证的问题,开展阳极与被保护钢结构连接的强磁力吸附系统设计,针式导电极系统研究及相关室内实验与现场实验,研发可实现水下快速安装与拆卸的吸附式防护阳极,实验结果表明,研发的永磁吸附式水下牺牲阳极与常规水下焊接阳极相比,安装设备的方式更为简化,可大大减少安装更换时间,且显著提升施工安全性。Aiming at the problems that welded anodes mostly used in the current offshore platforms for anti-corrosion protection is difficult to guarantee the replacement time and quality,a new-type strong magnetic adsorption protective anode suitable for offshore platforms was developed.By designing the strong magnetic adsorption system between anode and protected steel structure and the needle conductive electrode system,and carrying out the related laboratory and on-site experiments,an adsorption protective anode was developed which realizes rapid underwater installation and removal.The testing results showed that compared with conventional underwater welding anode,the developed permanent magnet adsorption underwater anode is simpler in installation equipment and method,which can greatly reduce the installation and replacement time,and significantly improve the construction safety.
