摘　　要：对比LNG运输船首次加注的现有加注方式,综合考虑LNG运输船加注流程中的干燥和惰化、气体置换、预冷和LNG加注4个步骤,在原方案的基础上提出简化加注流程,将气体置换和预冷过程合并,LNG通过液相管和喷淋管对液货舱进行喷淋,完成液货舱的气体置换和预冷。以30 000 m^(3)LNG运输船为例,将液货舱气体置换和预冷同时进行的LNG加注方案,可减少LNG用量约30 t,可节约作业时间约20 h,整个流程操作更为简单,节约LNG的用量,减少作业时间。The first refueling methods of LNG carriers were compared and analyzed.The four steps of drying and inerting,gassing up,precooling and LNG bunkering in the LNG tanker filling process were considered comprehensively.Based on the original scheme,it was proposed to simplify the filling process,combine gassing up and precooling process,spraying LNG to the liquid cargo tank through the liquid pipe and spray pipe to complete the gassing up and cooling down of the liquid cargo tank.Taking a 30000 m^(3) LNG carrier as an example,the LNG filling scheme that combines gassing up and cooling down in the liquid cargo tank could reduce the LNG consumption by about 30 tons and save about 20 hours of operation time.The whole process is easier to operate,saving the LNG consumption and reducing the operation time.
