摘　　要：高校辅导员的思想政治教育话语作为影响思想政治教育成效的重要因素,具备理论性与社会实践性相统一、主导性与多元互动性相统一、价值导向与利益导向相统一、政治立场坚定且追求个性表达的特点。在现代社会,随着信息媒介的不断发展,信息的多元化、辅导员自身专业限制、话语交往阻滞与学生多元的价值观都对高校辅导员思想政治教育话语表达产生影响。为实现对高校辅导员思想政治教育话语表达的优化,应增强其话语说服力、提升专业化能力、更新话语理念、提升话语感染力,以适应新时代高校思想政治教育工作的要求。As an important factor influencing the effectiveness of ideological and political education,the discourse of ideological and political education of college and university counselors demonstrates the characteristics of unity of theory and social practice,unity of dominance and multiple interaction,unity of value orientation and interest orientation,and firm political position and pursuit of individual expression.In modern society,with the continuous development of information media,the diversity of information,the professional limitations of counselors,the block of discourse communication and the diverse values of students all have an impact on the discourse expression of ideological and political education of college and university counselors.In order to optimize the discourse expression of ideological and political education of college and university counselors,it is necessary to strengthen their discourse persuasiveness,enhance their professional ability,update their discourse ideas,and enhance their discourse appeal to meet the requirements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
