摘　　要：为了探究金葡素SEC2(Staphylococcal enterotoxins C 2)改构蛋白2M-118对小鼠的致呕吐、致热毒性和免疫原性作用,将BALB/c小鼠分为正常组、2M-118腹腔给药组和灌胃给药组,每组10只;通过观察小鼠给药前后状态变化及记录小鼠体质量和体温,评价2M-118对小鼠的致呕吐和致热毒性;采用MTT法检测2M-118对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;由ELISA法检测小鼠给药2M-118后血清产生中和抗体的情况。结果表明,2M-118并未致小鼠呕吐或致小鼠体温升高;2M-118可以刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,促进脾组织中IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-2等细胞因子的表达,并刺激机体产生针对2M-118的中和抗体。To explore the effects of SEC2(Staphylococcal enterotoxins C 2)modified protein 2M-118 on vomiting,heat toxicity and immunogenicity in mice,BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group,2M-118 intraperitoneal administration groups and gavage administration group,with 10 mice in each group.The toxicogenic immunogenicity of 2M-118 was evaluated by measuring the body weight and body temperature of mice.That whether 2M-118 can stimulate lymphocyte proliferation of mouse in vitro and produce neutralizing antibodies against 2M-118 antigen was verified.The serum production of neutralizing antibodies was measured by ELISA after the administration of 2M-118.The results showed that 2M-118 does not induce vomiting or increase body temperature in mice.Meanwhile 2M-118 stimulates the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in mice and enhances the expression of cytokines such as IFN-γ,TNF-α and IL-2 in spleen tissue,and stimulates the body to produce neutralizing antibodies against 2M-118.
