摘  要:变压器油浸式套管由于密封不良等原因导致套管油位偏低,使主变套管绝缘降低,严重影响主变的安全稳定运行。文中通过分析主变套管渗漏油原因及其危害,总结提炼了主变套管真空注油法操作步骤及注意事项,并分析了主变套管真空注油法的风险及管控措施,为现场检修人员提供了一定的技术支持。Due to poor sealing and other reasons,the oil level of the transformer oil-immersed casing is low,which reduces the insulation of the main transformer casing and seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the main transformer.By analyzing the causes and hazards of oil leakage in the main transformer casing,this paper summarizes and refines the operation procedures and precautions of the vacuum oil injection method in the main transformer casing,and analyzes the risk and control measures of the vacuum oil injection method in the main transformer casing,providing some technical support for on-site maintenance personnel.
