摘 要:针对腐蚀作用对井架强度造成的影响、为油田作业埋下事故隐患的问题,提出了石油钻修井机井架强度可靠性分析模型。在XJ70型号石油钻修井机所用井架上选取10个检测点,获取满荷载条件下各检测点的应力极值。根据井架结构与钢材料力学性能,结合强度约束条件与状态判定条件,利用井架实际工况中的抗力、工作荷载、风荷载分项系数,建立井架强度可靠性分析模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件数值模拟承载力变化,将腐蚀性环境中和满荷载条件下未腐蚀的井架失效概率和强度进行对比,完成XJ70型号石油钻修井机井架强度可靠性分析。结果表明,腐蚀性环境中同一井架不同位置的强度可靠性受腐蚀作用的影响程度不同,该模型能精准获得井架不同位置在腐蚀作用下的极限承载力,提高钻修井机井架作业安全性。In view of the corrosion effect on derrick strength and the hidden danger of accidents in oilfield operation,a reliability analysis model for the strength of oil drilling and workover rigs is proposed.Ten test points were selected on the derrick of XJ70 oil drilling and workover machine to obtain the stress extremum of each test point under full load condition.According to the mechanical properties of derrick structure and steel material,combined with the strength constraint conditions and condition determination conditions,the derrick strength reliability analysis model was established by using the partial coefficients of resistance,working load and wind load in actual working conditions,and the bearing capacity variation was numerically simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The failure probability and strength of uncorroded derrick in corrosive environment and under full load were compared,and the reliability analysis of the well frame strength of XJ70 oil drilling and workover machine was completed.The results show that the strength and reliability of the same derrick at different positions are affected by corrosion to different degrees in corrosive environment.The model can accurately obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of derrick at different positions under corrosion and improve the safety of drilling and workover rig frame operation.
