摘  要:镉污染土壤修复可以增强土壤对重金属的吸附能力,但是生物可降解螯合剂的种类和添加量会影响镉污染土壤的修复能力,分析了生物可降解螯合剂对镉污染土壤的修复机理。以油麦菜为被试植物,采用盆栽的实验方法,利用氢氟酸—硝酸—高氯酸消解法,测试了APAM、NTA和EDDS三种生物可降解螯合剂在强化油麦菜对镉污染土壤修复中的作用,分析了3种生物可降解螯合剂对土壤中总镉的去除效果;利用Tessier提取法,分析了不同形态镉在施加和未施加不同生物可降解螯合剂的油菜种植土壤和原配土中的分布形态。实验结果表明,3种生物可降解螯合剂对油麦菜降解的强化力度依次为NTA>EDDS>APAM,当NTA的浓度为3 mmol/kg时,对土壤中总镉的去除效果最佳,NTA可以对土壤中的镉起到活化作用,通过改变重金属镉在土壤中的形态分布,增强土壤对重金属的吸附能力。The remediation of cadmium contaminated soil can enhance the adsorption capacity of soil to heavy metals,but the type and amount of biodegradable chelating agent will affect the remediation capacity of cadmium contaminated soil.The remediation mechanism of biodegradable chelating agent on cadmium contaminated soil was proposed.The effects of three biodegradable chelating agents,APAM,NTA,and EDDS,on enhancing the remediation of cadmium contaminated soil by rapeseed were tested and analyzed using a pot experiment method using hydrofluoric acid nitric acid perchloric acid digestion method.The removal effect of three biodegradable chelating agents on total cadmium in soil was analyzed.The Tessier extraction method was used to analyze the distribution and morphology of different forms of cadmium in rapeseed planting soil and original soil with and without different biodegradable chelating agents.The experimental results show that the strengthening intensity of the three biodegradable chelators on the degradation of oil and wheat vegetables is NTA>EDDS>APAM.When the concentration of NTA is 3 mmol/kg,the best removal effect of total cadmium in soil can be achieved.NTA can activate cadmium in soil and enhance the adsorption capacity of soil for heavy metals by changing the morphological distribution of heavy metal cadmium in soil.
