摘  要:针对某矿703综采工作面瓦斯涌出问题,在工作面回采前先对工作面进行顺层孔致裂卸压增透,再施工工作面顺层抽采钻孔治理本煤层瓦斯涌出。结果表明,未压裂区域煤层原始瓦斯含量为6.68 m^(3)/t,压裂区域煤层瓦斯含量约为3.59 m^(3)/t;未压裂区域煤层原始瓦斯压力为0.4 MPa,压裂区域煤层瓦斯压力约为0.14 MPa;未压裂区域煤层透气性系数为0.0073 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d^(-1)),压裂区域煤层透气性系数为0.0242 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d^(-1)),与未压裂区域相比,压裂区域的瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采纯量都有大幅度的提高;703工作面采取措施前,回采工作面相对瓦斯涌出量16.6 m^(3)/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量84.01 m^(3)/min;而703工作面采用综合瓦斯治理措施情况下,回采工作面相对瓦斯涌出量13.29 m^(3)/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量60.28 m^(3)/min,且上隅角瓦斯浓度回采期间基本下降到1%以下。Aiming at the problem of gas emission in the 703 fully-mechanized mining face of a certain mine,before the working face is mined,the working face was subjected to bedding fracturing,pressure relief,and permeability enhancement,and then the working face was drilled along bedding to control the gas emission in the coal seam.The results showed that the original gas content of the coal seam in the unfractured area was 6.68 m^(3)/t,and the gas content of the coal seam in the fracturing area was about 3.59 m^(3)/t.The original gas pressure of the coal seam in the unfractured area was 0.4 MPa,and the coal seam gas pressure in the fracturing area was about 0.14 MPa.The permeability coefficient of the coal seam in the unfractured area was 0.0073 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d^(-1)),and the permeability coefficient of the coal seam in the fracturing area was 0.0242 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d^(-1)).Compared with the unfractured area,the gas drainage concentration and drainage scalar in the fracturing area were greatly improved.Before taking measures on the 703 working face,the relative gas emission from the mining face was 16.6 m^(3)/t,and the absolute gas emission was 84.01 m^(3)/min.When the 703 working face adopts comprehensive gas control measures,the relative gas emission of the mining face was 13.29 m^(3)/t,the absolute gas emission was 60.28 m^(3)/min,and the gas concentration in the upper corner basically decreased to below 1%during the mining period.
