摘  要:针对花山煤矿深部4号煤层高瓦斯问题,实测分析了瓦斯赋存规律并采用分源预测法预测了4号煤层瓦斯涌出量,受上煤层影响,部分工作面瓦斯含量最高可达8.6 m^(3)/t。在此基础上,提出了通风、顺层钻孔预抽、顶板走向钻孔以及采空区埋管的瓦斯治理方式。现场工程实践表明,上隅角与回风巷瓦斯浓度分别为0.21%与0.17%,瓦斯泵最大抽放浓度达21.9%,能够有效保障工作面的安全生产。Aiming at the problem of high gas in the deep No.4 coal seam of Huashan Coal Mine,the gas retention law was analyzed and the No.4 coal seam gas outflow was predicted by using the source prediction method,which was affected by the upper coal seam,and the gas content of some working surfaces could reach up to 8.6 m^(3)/t.On this basis,the gas treatment methods of ventilation,pre extraction of layered drilling,drilling along the roof direction and buried pipes in goaf are proposed,and on-site engineering practice shows that the gas concentrations in the upper corner angle and the return air lane are 0.21%and 0.17%respectively,and the maximum pumping concentration of the gas pump can reach 21.9%,which can effectively ensure the safe production of the working surface.
