摘 要:为了探讨污水生物除磷脱氮工艺运行效能,选取某污水处理厂作为试点,按照生物除磷脱氮工艺运行原理设计实验装置,观察装置运行后COD处理、除磷、脱氮效果以及微生物菌群变化情况,明确工艺运行效能。工艺运行后水体中COD的平均去除率为87.52%,厌氧池的COD去除量占总去除量的3/4。正常运行环境下,总氮去除率约为62.38%,除磷率约为92.58%,最终出水总磷含量低于0.64 mg/L。污水生物处理工艺应用后,微生物群落主要由变形菌门、拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门3种对除磷脱氮有促进作用的优势菌群构成,反映了工艺具有良好的运行效能。In order to explore the operation efficiency of biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal process for wastewater,a sewage treatment plant was selected as a pilot,and the experimental device was designed according to the operation principle of biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal process.The COD treatment,phosphorus and nitrogen removal effects and the changes of microbial flora after the operation of the device were observed to clarify the operation efficiency of the process.After the operation of the process,the average removal rate of COD in the water body is 87.52%,and the removal amount of COD in the anaerobic tank accounts for 3/4 of the total removal amount.Under the normal operation environment,the total nitrogen removal rate is about 62.38%,the phosphorus removal rate is about 92.58%,and the total phosphorus content of the final effluent is less than 0.64 mg/L.After the application of sewage biological treatment process,the microbial community is mainly composed of three dominant bacterial groups that can promote phosphorus and nitrogen removal,including Proteus,Bacteroides and Firmicutes,which reflects that the process has good operation efficiency.
