摘 要:针对山西某选煤厂两段螺旋分选机分选1号原煤(难浮煤)浮选尾矿的工艺方法,通过分析精矿产率、精矿灰分、数量效率、分选下限等指标对工艺分选效果进行分析。结果表明在合理调整和控制矿浆通过量、截取器位置、入料浓度、入料粒度等操作因素的前提下,采用两段螺旋分选机分选该煤种细煤泥的精矿产率为60.51%、数量效率为92.7%,分选下限达到了0.075 mm,实现了对1号原煤浮选尾矿的有效分选。现阶段,对于难浮细煤泥的分选研究主流方向局限于新型药剂的研发和现有浮选工艺、性能的改进和提升等方面,实际进展并不显著。该工艺的应用则是为难浮细煤泥分选提供了新的研究方向。Aiming at the process method for separating flotation tailings of No.1 raw coal(difficult to float coal)using a two-stage spiral separator at a coal preparation plant in Shanxi was analyzed by analyzing indicators such as concentrate yield,concentrate ash content,quantity efficiency,and lower separation limit.The results show that under the premise of reasonable adjustment and control of pulp passing quantity,position of interceptor,feeding concentration,feeding granularity and other operating factors,the separation yield of fine slime of this kind of coal by using two-stage spiral separator to separate the fine slime of this coal,the rate of fine mineral is 60.51%,the quantitative efficiency is 92.7%,the lower limit of separation is 0.075 mm,and the effective separation of flotation tailings of No.1 raw coal is realized.At present,the main research direction of the refractory fine slime separation is limited to the research and development of new reagents and the improvement and promotion of the existing flotation process and performance,but the actual progress is not significant.The application of this technology provides a new research direction for the separation of floating fine coal slime.
