摘  要:为保障煤矿机械设备正常运行,设计基于无线传感技术的煤矿机械设备运行状态监测系统。系统架构分为地面站、感知层、无线传感技术通信层、云计算支撑层、设备层。利用多传感器采集运行数据,通过工业以太网和网关服务器传输数据,经过存储和模数转换数据后,利用设备参数监测算法监测运行状态,通过Web服务器将监测结果传输到地面站;用户通过登录地面站查看当前设备运行状态信息。实验结果表明,该系统通信传输时的通信眼波形较为规整,通信性能较强,可有效监测设备运行时的震动状态,并呈现设备视频监控画面。In order to ensure the normal operation of coal mine mechanical equipment,a coal mine mechanical equipment operation state monitoring system based on wireless sensor technology is designed.The system architecture is divided into ground station,sensing layer,wireless sensor technology communication layer,cloud computing support layer and equipment layer.Multi sensors are used to collect operation data,and data is transmitted through industrial Ethernet and gateway server.After data storage and analog-to-digital conversion,equipment parameter monitoring algorithm is used to monitor operation status,and monitoring results are transmitted to ground station through Web server.Users can view the current device operation status information by logging in to the ground station.The experimental results show that the communication eye wave shape of the system is regular and the communication performance is strong.The system can effectively monitor the vibration state of the equipment during operation and present the video monitoring picture of the equipment.
