摘　　要：深井大采高工作面常出现煤壁片帮,不仅降低采煤工作面的生产效率,还严重威胁人员设备安全,以赵固二矿14030大采高工作面为工程背景,开展片帮失稳机理及注浆加固技术研究。研究结果表明,大采高工作面煤帮的破坏形式主要分为3种,其分别为拉剪破坏、拉裂破坏和鼓出破坏;采用“鱼刺状”长距离超前预注浆柔性加固技术,既能增强煤体内摩擦角和黏聚力,又能形成柔性结石体柱,起到锚固工作面煤墙作用,实现煤体长距离超前加固;钻孔设计参数及施工质量满足工程要求,浆液在煤体中扩散良好,有效黏结了煤体裂隙,钻孔周围浆液结石体较为密实,有效加固了煤壁稳定,起到了良好的防片帮作用,保障了深井大采高工作面安全高效回采。In view of the frequent occurrence of coal wall slits in deep well and high mining height working face,which not only reduces the production efficiency of coal mining face,but also seriously threatens the safety of personnel and equipment.This paper takes the 14030 high mining height working face of Zhaogu No.2 Mine as the engineering background to carry out the research on slits instability mechanism and grouting reinforcement technology.The results show that there are three kinds of failure modes of coal seam in large mining height working face,which are tensile shear failure,tensile crack failure and bulging failure.The"fishbone-like"long distance advanced pre-grouting flexible reinforcement technology can not only enhance the internal friction Angle and cohesion of coal body,but also form flexible stone column,which plays the role of anchoring coal wall of working face,and realize the long distance advanced reinforcement of coal body.The design parameters and construction quality of the drilling hole meet the engineering requirements,the slurry diffusion in the coal body is good,effectively bond the coal body fissures,the slurry stone body around the drilling hole is relatively dense,effectively strengthen the stability of the coal wall,play a good role in preventing sheet wall,and ensure the safety and efficient mining of the deep well and large mining height working face.
