摘 要:为探明博落回生物碱与茶皂素混配对茶树轮斑病(Pseudopestalotiopsis camellia-sinensis)和茶树炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)的联合毒力,通过生长速率法测定了博落回生物碱和茶皂素对2种茶叶病原菌EC_(50)、毒性比率,以及最佳配比的联合毒力。结果表明:博落回生物碱对茶树轮斑病和茶树炭疽病的EC_(50)分别为6.219、51.674μg·mL^(-1);茶皂素对茶树轮斑病和茶树炭疽病的EC_(50)分别为416.435、453.925μg·mL^(-1);通过毒性比率筛选和联合毒力测定,博落回生物碱与茶皂素质量比为1∶28.7的混剂对茶树轮斑病菌表现为增效作用,增效系数为1.545;博落回生物碱与茶皂素质量比为1∶3.8、1∶5.9、1∶8.8、1∶13.2的混剂对茶树炭疽病菌表现出较好的增效作用,增效系数分别为2.698、2.345、2.974、1.533。综上可知,博落回生物碱与茶皂素复配对茶树轮斑病和茶树炭疽病具有明显的协同增效作用,本研究可为博落回生物碱与茶皂素复配型植物源农药对茶叶病害防控提供依据。In order to investigate the combined toxicity of macleaya alkaloids and tea saponins to the two tea pathogenic bacteria EC_(50),the toxicity ratio,and the optimal combination ratio of macleaya alkaloids and tea saponins were determined by growth rate method.The results showed that the EC_(50)of macleaya alkaloids against tea ring spot and tea anthracnose were 6.219μg·mL^(-1)and 51.674μg·mL^(-1);The EC_(50)of tea saponins against tea ring spot and tea anthracnose was 416.435μg·mL^(-1)and 453.925μg·mL^(-1);Through toxicity ratio screening and combined toxicity testing,the mixture of macleaya alkaloids and tea saponins with a mass ratio of 1:28.7 showed a synergistic effect on the pathogen,with a synergistic coefficient of 1.545;The mixture of macleaya alkaloids and tea saponins with a mass ratio of 1∶3.8,1∶5.9,1∶8.8,and 1∶13.2 showed better synergistic effects on the pathogen of tea anthracnose,with synergistic coefficients of 2.698,2.345,2.974,and 1.533,respectively.In summary,it can be seen that the combination of macleaya alkaloids and tea saponins has significant synergistic effects on tea ring spot disease and tea anthracnose,and this study can provide a basis for the prevention and control of tea diseases with the combination of macleaya alkaloids and tea saponins as botanical pesticides.
