摘  要:研究草莓白粉病病原菌分生孢子的适宜萌发条件,为草莓白粉病菌发生、病害防治提供参考。以活体保存的羽衣草单囊壳菌(Sphaerotheca aphanis)的分生孢子为试验材料,在室内进行不同pH值、碳源、温度、湿度、光照等处理,研究其对分生孢子萌发率和芽管长度的影响。结果表明:草莓白粉病菌分生孢子萌发和芽管伸长最适pH值为7;分生孢子萌发的适宜温度范围为20~30℃,最佳萌发温度为25℃,致死温度达到42℃以上10 min分生孢子停止萌发;连续24 h光照对孢子萌发有促进作用;2%葡萄糖处理环境下有助于孢子萌发及芽管伸长。综合分析表明,草莓白粉病菌分生孢子最适温度和致死温度分别为25℃和42℃10 min,喜中性、高湿环境,在葡萄糖、光照充足的环境下有利于草莓白粉病菌分生孢子萌发。该研究结果为防治草莓白粉病菌提供了理论基础。The suitable germination conditions of conidia of strawberry powdery mildew pathogen were studied to provide reference for the cultivation of strawberry powdery mildew pathogen and disease control.The effect of different pH,carbon source,temperature,humidity,light and other conditions on the germination rate and the length of the bud tube of the conidia of the live preserved Sphaerotheca aphanis was studied in the laboratory.The results showed that the optimum pH for conidia germination and bud tube elongation of strawberry powdery mildew was 7.The suitable temperature range for conidia germination was 20―30℃and the optimum temperature for conidia germination was 25℃.When the temperature reached above 42℃,the conidia would stop germination for 10 minutes.Continuous 24 hours of light could promote spore germination.2%glucose treatment was conducive to the full utilization of spore germination and germ tube elongation.The results showed that the optimum temperature and lethal temperature of the conidia of strawberry powdery mildew were 25℃and 42℃for 10 min,respectively.The conidia of strawberry powdery mildew preferred neutral and high humidity environment,which was conducive to the germination of the conidia of strawberry powdery mildew under sufficient glucose and light.The research results provide a theoretical basis for controlling strawberry powdery mildew.
