摘 要:目的评估磁化传递成像(MTI)在健康志愿者眼外肌重复扫描间及观察者间的可重复性.方法采用3.0T MR扫描仪对25例健康志愿者分别行3次眼眶MTI重复扫描(短期间隔30 min;长期间隔1周),并测量双侧眼外肌磁化传递率(MTR).使用组内相关系数(ICC)、变异系数(CV)和Bland-Altman图评估短期间隔扫描、长期间隔扫描及观察者间可重复性.结果短期间隔扫描(ICC 0.779~0.867)、长期间隔扫描(ICC 0.713~0.813)及观察者间(ICC 0.785~0.900)眼外肌MTR可重复性均达到良好或优秀.短期间隔扫描的可重复性略优于长期间隔扫描.短期间隔扫描、长期间隔扫描和观察者间各眼外肌MTR的CV值均<5%,Bland-Altman图示绝大部分点位于95%一致性界限内.结论3.0T MR中,MTI在健康志愿者眼外肌重复扫描间及观察者间均有良好的可重复性.MT I可作为一种稳定的影像学技术用于眼外肌病变的诊断和随访.Objective To evaluate the scan-rescan and inter-observer reproducibility of magnetization transfer imaging(MTI)of extraocular muscles in healthy volunteers.Methods Orbital MTI examinations were performed on twenty-five volunteers for three times(short term interval thirty minutes;long term interval one week)by a 3.0T MR system.Magnetization transfer ratio(MTR)at bilateral extraocular muscles were calculated.Short term interval scan,long term interval scan and inter-observer reproducibility of MTR in extraocular muscles were assessed using intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC),coefficient of variation(CV)and Bland-Altman plot.Results Short term interval scan(ICC 0.779-0.867),long term interval scan(ICC 0.713-0.813)and inter-observer(ICC 0.785-0.900)measurements all achieved good to excellent reproducibility.Compared with long term interval scan examina-tion,slightly higher reproducibility was obtained in short term interval scan.CV values of MTR of short term interval scan,long term interval scan and inter-observer were all less than 5%,and most points in Bland-Altman diagram were within the 95%consistency boundary.Conclusion The measurement of MTR at extraocular muscles in healthy volunteers show high scan-rescan and inter-observer reproducibility on 3.0T MR.MTI might be a stable imaging technique for the diagnosis and follow-up of extraocular muscles diseases.
