摘 要:互联网平台的商业模式渗透生活的方方面面,且平台垄断也是当前热议的话题之一。互联网平台既有以营利为目的的公司属性,也有为生产者和消费者服务,保持市场公平有序运行的公共职能。但是,平台汇聚各个地区海量资源,消费者注意力的有限性与供给商资源的丰富性之间的矛盾导致了平台内部存在着大量的非中立行为,包括向自营商品或服务倾斜资源,对特定“合作伙伴”给予优惠,滥用私权力等。论文用模型刻画了包括竞价、倾向性以及自营倾向在内的三种平台非中立行为,探讨平台非中立行为对于平台定价、消费者数量和利润的影响,提出了平台非中立行为抑制竞争的负面影响的观点。The business model of Internet platforms permeates all aspects of life,and platform monopoly is also one of the current hot topics.The Internet platform not only has the attribute of a company for profit,but also a public function of serving producers and consumers and maintaining a fair and orderly operation of the market.However,the platform gathers massive resources in various regions,and the contradiction between the limited consumer attention and the richness of supplier resources has led to a large number of non-neutral behaviors within the platform,including tilting resources to self-operated goods or services,giving preferential treatment to specific“partners”,and abusing private power.This article uses models to describe three platform non-neutral behaviors including bidding,propensity and self-employment,discusses the impact of platform non-neutral behavior on platform pricing,number of consumers,and profits,and proposes the opinion of that the negative impact of platform non-neutral behavior that inhibits competition.
