摘　　要：科研项目的伦理审查是保障临床研究受试者权益的重要手段。论文通过分析科研项目伦理审查中的常见问题,提出构建科研项目伦理审查机制,加强伦理委员会自身培训与建设,与科研项目主管部门联动,规范课题申报前伦理审查的操作规程,提高研究人员的伦理意识,加强跟踪审查管理,切实提高科研伦理审查质量。The ethical review of scientific research projects is an important means to protect the rights and interests of clinical research subjects.By analyzing the common problems in the ethical review of scientific research projects,this paper proposes to build an ethical review mechanism for scientific research projects,strengthen the training and construction of the ethics committee itself,link with the competent department of scientific research projects,standardize the operating procedures of ethical review before the application of projects,improve the ethical awareness of researchers,strengthen the tracking review management,and effectively improve the quality of ethical review of scientific research.
