摘 要:宅基地流转难一直是制约中国农村经济发展和农民收入增长的最大瓶颈。随着土地规模化经营的发展,伴随着农民需求的变化,宅基地流转难问题日趋明显,严重制约了农村的发展,阻碍了农民收入的可持续增长。但是,由于农民受思想观念、风险偏好、经营特性、经营规模、收入水平以及金融机构供给水平的影响,不同类型农民关于宅基地流转的决策存在很大差异。因此,本文以广东省数据为实证研究,研究农民宅基地流转的影响因素。发现其特征和需求规律,分析在宅基地流转需求上的差异。这对于完善农村土地政策,优化农村土地资源配置,推动农村经济发展具有重要的现实意义。The difficulty in transferring homestead has always been the biggest bottleneck restricting China's rural economic development and farmers'income growth.With the development of large-scale land management and changes in farmers'needs,the issue of difficult transfer of homestead has become increasingly apparent,seriously restricting rural development and impeding the sustainable growth of farmers'income.However,due to the impact of farmers'ideology,risk preference,business characteristics,business scale,income level,and supply level of financial institutions,there are significant differences in the decisions of different types of farmers regarding the transfer of homestead.Therefore,this article uses data from Guangdong Province as an empirical study to study the influencing factors of farmers'homestead transfer.Discover their characteristics and demand laws,and analyze the differences in the demand for homestead transfer.This has important practical significance for improving rural land policies,optimizing the allocation of rural land resources,and promoting rural economic development.
