摘 要:职业教育校企合作是国家培养人才的一个重大战略,在开展过程中参与主体的利益分配问题受到高度关注,涉及这个战略的有效性。在讨论分析职业教育校企合作有效性逻辑起点的基础上,论文总结了中国职业教育校企成功合作的典范。如依托产业园开展的合作模式、集团化办学合作模式、“校中厂、厂中校”合作模式、“政校企”共建模式,针对每种合作模式进行了详细的论述。借此希望能为中国职业教育校企合作的有效开展提供借鉴。School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education is a major strategy for the country to cultivate talents.During the implementation process,the issue of the distribution of interests among participants has received high attention,involving the effectiveness of this strategy.On the basis of discussing and analyzing the logical starting point of the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,the paper summarizes the successful examples of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China.For example,the cooperation mode based on the industrial park,the group cooperation mode for running schools,the“school factory,factory school”cooperation mode,and the“government school enterprise”co construction mode are discussed in detail for each cooperation mode.I hope to provide reference for the effective development of school-enterprise cooperation in China's vocational education.
