摘 要:为揭示K/Ca摩尔比对嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌生物合成次生铁矿物的影响,采用摇瓶试验,分析富硫酸盐体系中pH、Fe^(2+)氧化率、总Fe沉淀率及次生矿物矿相等相关指标的变化情况。设定Fe/K起始摩尔比为3时,改变Ca^(2+)浓度,得到不同系列K/Ca摩尔比(0.5~10),利用嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌进行催化氧化。结果表明,当K/Ca摩尔比增加时,pH值下降,具体为pHK/Ca=0.5>pH_(K/Ca=1.0)>pH_(K/Ca=5.0)>pH_(K/Ca=10.0)>pH_(K/Ca=3.0);当K/Ca=0.5和K/Ca=1.0时,生物氧化性受到抑制,主要生成的物质为CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O,但在K/Ca=3.0、K/Ca=5.0和K/Ca=10.0时,生物氧化性正常发挥,主要生成的矿物为黄钾铁钒及少量的草黄铁钒和黄钠铁钒,此研究结果对于富铁硫酸盐体系中K/Ca摩尔比对A.ferrooxidans的氧化性及生物成因次生高铁矿物的合成具有一定的参考意义。In order to reveal the effect of fulvic acid on the activity of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(A.ferrooxidans)and the biosynthesis of secondary iron minerals,the changes of pH,Fe^(2+)oxidation rate,total Fe precipitation rate and the equality of secondary minerals are analyzed by shaking flask test.When the initial molar ratio of Fe/K is set to 3,different series of K/Ca molar ratios(0.5~10)are obtained by changing the concentration of Ca^(2+),and A.ferrooxidans is used for catalytic oxidation.The results show that when the molar ratio of K/Ca increases,pH value decreases.The specific pH value is pH K/Ca=0.5>pH_(K/Ca=1.0)>pH_(K/Ca=5.0)>pH_(K/Ca=10.0)>pH_(K/Ca=3.0).When K/Ca=0.5 and K/Ca=1.0,its biological oxidation is inhibited,and the main substance is CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O.But when K/Ca=3.0,5.0 and 10.0,its biological oxidation is normal,and the main minerals are Jarosite,and a small amount of Carphosiderite and yellow sodium iron vanadium.The results of this study can provide some reference values for the Oxidability of K/Ca molar ratio A.ferrooxidans in iron-rich sulfate system and synthesis of biogenic secondary high iron minerals.
