摘  要:基于LabVIEW软件开发平台,设计了适用于示波器与频谱分析仪的校准模块,可用于示波器直流电压、频带宽度和频谱分析仪扫频宽度与频率读数准确度的校准。分析了仪器校准模块设计要点,使用GPIB总线,将安装有校准软件的计算机和被监测仪器连接起来,对软件校准功能进行验证,实验包括示波器直流电压的校准和频谱分析仪频率读数准确度的校准。结果表明,使用此仪器校准模块,可使校准后的直流电压与频率读数准确度保持在阈值范围内,具有准确性与高效性。Based on LabVIEW software development platform,the study designs the calibration module which is suitable for oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.It can be used to calibrate DC voltage,frequency band width of oscilloscope,sweep frequency width of spectrum analyzer and frequency reading accuracy.Then the study analyzes the key points of the design of instrument calibration module,uses GPIB,connects the computer under the arrangement of calibration software and the monitoring instrument,and verifies software calibration function,including the calibration of oscilloscope DC voltage and accuracy of the readings of spectrum analyzer.The results show that through the utilization of calibration module of the instrument,we can keep the DC voltage and the accuracy of readings in the range of threshold.It is accurate and high efficient.
