摘  要:设计并实现了一套基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server)架构的定位绞车远程监控系统,给出了系统总体技术方案。该系统主要包括基于虚拟专用通道(OpenVPN+SSL)的远程安全通信、基于netty框架的数据传输、基于mongodb数据库的数据存储及基于LayUI的浏览器前端页面开发,在电液定位绞车生产中进行试验验证。结果表明,该系统设计合理,各项功能稳定,满足需求,实现了电液定位绞车远程监控及数据存储,为电液定位绞车的远程维护奠定了基础。Remote monitoring system of location winch based on Browser/Server framework is realized,and overall system technology scheme is provided.The system mainly includes long-distance security communication of virtual private channel(OpenVPN+SSL),data transmission based on netty framework,data storage based on mongodb database and page development of browser leading end based on LayUI.The test is verified in the production of electro-hydraulic positioning winch.The results show that the system design is rational,function of all projects is stable,demands are satisfied,and remote monitoring and data storage of electro-hydraulic positioning winch are realized.This lays foundation for the remote maintenance of electro-hydraulic location winch.
