摘  要:为提高爆破质量,减少爆破大块率,以新疆某露天煤矿为例,提出降低爆破大块率的措施:当被爆区域存在顶部硬岩带时,打辅助孔;当被爆区域存在中部硬岩时,间隔装药或与打辅助孔相结合;当硬岩位于底部时,装乳化炸药与铵油炸药,间隔装药;当爆破自由面大块时,缩小孔距,提高装药高度,加辅助孔,采用电子数码雷管逐孔起爆。结果表明,爆破效果良好,除了在采装第一层时有个别大块需要二次处理外,其余硬岩均无明显大块,整体采装过程顺利,提高了采装、排土作业安全与效率,保证了爆破作业质量,达到了预期效果。In order to improve the blasting quality,and reduce the blasting bulk rate,the study takes an open-pit mine in Xinjiang as an example,and proposes the measures to reduce the blasting bulk rate.When there is a top hard rock belt in the exploded area,auxiliary holes should be made.When there is a central hard rock in the blasting area,the interval charge should be combined with the auxiliary hole.When the hard rock is at the bottom,charge emulsion explosive and ANFO explosive with separate charges should be arranged.When blasting large pieces of free surface,the hole distance should be narrowed,the charge height be increased,auxiliary holes be added,and electronic digital detonator hole by hole initiation be adopted.The results show that the blasting effect is good.Except for the bulk in the ground floor needing the second processing,there is no obvious bulk in other hard rocks.The whole mining process is smooth.Through these measures,we improve the operation safety and efficiency of mining and casting,ensure the quality of blasting operation,and achieve the expected effect.
