基 金:大跨度型钢混凝土转换梁受力性能分析(ZK20-30)。
摘 要:某井塔结构采用冻结法,拟在标高18.2 m处进行抽柱处理,对转换梁进行受力性能分析。为保证有限元建模精度和预测强度的准确性,对T型接头轴向强度试验进行了有限元建模参数的对比研究。结果表明,型钢翼缘宽度对于转换梁竖向位移影响较小,可降低纵筋屈服后转换梁竖向位移,以免型钢提前进入屈服阶段,导致转换梁的整体刚度下降。In a well tower structure,we adopt freezing method,intend to carry out pumping column treatment at the elevation of 18.2m,and do the mechanical performance analysis of the transfer beam.In order to guarantee the accuracy of finite element modeling and forecast strength,the finite element modeling parameters of T-joint axial strength test are compared.The results show that the flange width of the section steel has little influence on the vertical displacement of the transfer beam,and can reduce the vertical displacement of the transfer beam after the longitudinal reinforcement yielding,so as to avoid the section steel entering the yield stage in advance,resulting in the overall stiffness of the transfer beam decreasing.
