“药-理-康”对精神分裂患者PANSS评分、MCCB评分的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究“药-理-康”对精神分裂患者PANSS评分、MCCB评分的影响。方法选取2021年5月-2022年5月常熟市第三人民医院收治的102例精神分裂患者,分为两组,对照组应用常规治疗,研究组应用“药-理-康”综合治疗。结果治疗后,与对照组比,研究组的神经功能指标更好(P<0.05);研究组PANSS评分更低(P<0.05);研究组MCCB评分更高(P<0.05);研究组生活质量更高(P<0.05)。结论“药-理-康”对精神分裂患者具有明显的临床干预效果,可以较好地改善机体的MCCB评分和神经功能,降低PANSS评分,有效提升整体生活质量,可推广使用。Objective To study the effect of"medicine-li-kang"on PANSS score and MCCB score in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the research group was given the comprehensive treatment of"medicine-li-kang".Results Compared with the control group,the neurological function indexes of the study group were better(P<0.05);the PANSS score of the study group was lower(P<0.05);the MCCB score of the study group was higher(P<0.05);the quality of life of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion"Medicine-Li-Kang"has obvious clinical intervention effect on patients with schizophrenia.It can better improve the MCCB score and neurological function of the body,reduce the PANSS score,and effectively improve the overall quality of life.It can be widely used.
