心理干预联合复方利多卡因软膏在儿童包皮环切术围手术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究心理干预联合复方利多卡因软膏在包皮环切术围手术期内对儿童的心理状态、配合度及疼痛程度的影响。方法随机选取2021年6月-2022年6月就诊于江苏省无锡市儿童医院泌尿外科需行包皮环切术的患儿106例,采用随机盲法,将106例患儿分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组采用常规护理+利多卡因软膏模式,观察组在对照组基础上对患儿进行心理行为干预,分别对两组患儿围手术期内的恐惧、哭闹等不良情绪及患儿的配合度、术后患儿的疼痛程度和围手术期内护理工作的满意程度进行评估。结果观察组的患儿不良情绪出现的概率明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的患儿配合度较对照组更高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患儿的术后疼痛程度较对照组更轻,住院时间较对照组更短,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患儿及家属对围手术期内的护理工作满意程度明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论心理干预联合利多卡因软膏可以有效预防儿童包皮环切术围手术期内的不良情绪发生,缓解术后的疼痛,提升病患和家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention combined with compound lidocaine ointment on children's psychological status,coordination and pain during the peri operation period of circumcision.Methods 106 cases of children who need circumcision from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected from the urological department of our hospital.106 cases were randomly and blindly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group adopted the mode of routine nursing+lidocaine ointment.The observation group conducted psychological and behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group,and evaluated the children's fear,crying and other bad emotions during the perioperative period,the children's cooperation,the pain degree of the children after surgery,and the satisfaction of the nursing work during the perioperative period.Results The probability of adverse emotions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the children in the observation group were more cooperative than those in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);the degree of postoperative pain of children in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the children and their families in the observation group with the perioperative nursing work was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with lidocaine ointment can effectively prevent the occurrence of bad emotions during the perioperative period of children's circumcision,relieve the postoperative pain,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing work.
