贲门癌开胸术后肺部感染的病原菌分析及护理

摘　　要：目的分析贲门癌开胸术后肺部感染病原菌分布情况及针对性护理理念的应用价值。方法从2019年6月-2022年6月期间天津市第四中心医院收治的通过开胸手术进行贲门癌治疗且发生肺部感染的患者中抽选28例参与研究,分析患者肺部感染的病原菌分布情况。将28例患者分为两组,对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组采用针对性护理措施,通过比较两组患者发热持续时间、焦虑抑郁评分、出院时间以及护理满意率,分析针对性护理措施的应用价值。结果实验组患者发热持续时间为(3.2±1.1)d、焦虑评分为(38.2±6.5)分、抑郁评分为(39.7±5.8)分、平均出院时间为(9.2±4.5)d,护理满意率为92.86%,各项参数均优于对照组。结论此类患者肺部感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,改进型护理措施能够显著提高整体护理质量,值得在后续临床护理工作中推广使用。Object ive To analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in lung infection after thoracotomy for cardiac carcinoma and the application value of pertinent nursing idea.Methods From June 2019 to June 2022,28 patients with pulmonary infection who underwent thoracotomy were enrolled in the study,the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with pulmonary infection was analyzed.28 patients were divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing measures,the experimental group was given specific nursing measures,by analyzing the two groups of patients with fever duration,anxiety and depression score,discharge time and nursing satisfaction rate analysis of the application of targeted nursing measures.Results In the experimental group,the duration of fever was(3.2±1.1)days,the score of anxiety was(38.2±6.5),the score of depression was(39.7±5.8),the average discharge time was(9.2±4.5)days,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 92.86%,all parameters were better than the control group.Conclusion The pathogens of pulmonary infection in these patients are mainly gram-negative bacteria.The improved nursing measures can significantly improve the quality of holistic nursing care,and it is worth popularizing in the follow-up clinical nursing work.
