中药穴位贴敷对高血压伴眩晕患者晨峰血压的干预效果

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷疗法对高血压伴眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法将2019年6月-2021年5月北京中医药大学房山医院收治的100例高血压伴眩晕患者按入院顺序先后1:1分成两组进行临床观察。对照组(n=50)行常规的西医治疗。观察组(n=50)行常规的西医治疗并联合中医穴位贴敷治疗。比较治疗4周后,两组患者的晨峰血压水平、症状缓解情况(采用眩晕障碍量表对眩晕症状程度进行评分)、治疗总有效率(采用中医病症诊断疗效标准)。结果治疗4周后,两组晨峰血压水平均较其治疗前有明显的改善(P<0.05),但两组比较,差异无统计学意义,t=0.601,0.577,P>0.05。观察组眩晕障碍量表评分为(4.86±1.02)分,对照组为(9.56±1.45)分,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义,t=18.746,P<0.05。观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),对照组为82.0%(41/50),两组差异具有统计学意义,x^(2)=4.140,P<0.05。结论在常规西医治疗基础上增加中医穴位贴敷可以提高治疗高血压伴眩晕患者的临床效果,更好地缓解眩晕症状,控制晨峰血压。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy on patients with hypertension and vertigo.Methods From June 2019 to May 2021,100 patients with hypertension and vertigo in Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(n=50)received routine western medicine treatment.The observation group(n=50)was treated with routine western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.After 4 weeks of treatment,the morning peak blood pressure level,symptom relief(the vertigo disorder scale was used to score the degree of vertigo symptoms),and the total effective rate of treatment(using the diagnostic efficacy standard of traditional Chinese medicine)were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the morning peak blood pressure level in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups,t=0.601,0.577,P>0.05.The vertigo scale score of the observation group was(4.86±1.02)points,and that of the control group was(9.56±1.45)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,t=18.746,P<0.05.The total effective rate was 96.0%(48/50)in the observation group and 82.0%(41/50)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,x^(2)=4.140,P<0.05.Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoints can improve the clinical effect of treating hypertension patients with vertigo,better alleviate the symptoms of vertigo,and control morning peak blood pressure.
