结肠慢传输型便秘患者的八髎穴埋线联合黄芪增液汤治疗作用观察

摘　　要：目的研究结肠慢传输型便秘患者应用八髎穴理线联合黄芪增液汤的治疗作用。方法选取2021年10月-2022年10月江西省信丰县中医院收治的90例患有结肠慢传输型便秘的患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各45例患者,对照组予以八缪穴埋线治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用黄芪增液汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果,治疗前后临床症状评分以及胃肠动力指标。结果观察组总有效率97.78%,高于对照组的80.00%,观察组治疗后中医证候积分均低于对照组,观察组血浆P物质(SP)高于对照组,血管活性肠肽(VIP)明显低于对照组,观察组复发率4.44%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论结肠慢传输型便秘患者通过采用八静穴埋线、黄芪增液汤联合治疗后,能提高临床效果,改善患者的便秘情况,具有极高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baliao acupoint embedding combined with Huangqi Zengye Decoction on patients with colonic slow transit constipation.Methods 90 patients with colonic slow transit constipation admited to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Baliao of acupoint embedding,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Zengye Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score before and after treatment and gastrointestinal motility index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%,higher than 80.00%in the control group,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the plasma substance P(SP)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.44%,lower than 33.33%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the combined treatment of eight scalao acupoint embedding and Huangqi Zengye decoction,the clinical effect and constipation of patients can be improved,which has very high clinical application value.
