基于加味桃核承气汤的中西医结合治疗方案在糖尿病肾病中的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析基于加味桃核承气汤的中西医结合治疗方案在糖尿病肾病中的治疗效果。方法随机抽取江西省高安市中医院2020年6月-2022年6月期间收治的70例糖尿病肾病(DN)患者,借助随机数字表法将其分成两组。一组为对照组,n=35,接受常规药物治疗;另一组为观察组,n=35,在常规药物基础上用加味桃核承气汤治疗。以患者临床表现和体征的变化为依据来评价疗效,检查并记录所有患者的血压和实验室指标。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血压水平以及实验室指标水平均较治疗前明显改善,且改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论给予DN患者基于加味桃核承气汤的中西医结合治疗方案,可有效改善其血压、血糖、β细胞分泌功能,提高肾功能水平,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on modified Taohe Chengqi decoction in diabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=35)received conventional drug treatment.The other group was the observation group(n=35),which was treated with modified Taohe Chengqi decoction on the basis of conventional drugs.The clinical manifestations and signs of the patients were used to evaluate the efficacy.Blood pressure and laboratory indicators were checked and recorded in all patients.Results The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Afer treatment,the levels of blood pressure and laboratory indicators in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the degree of improvement was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclus ion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on modified Taohe Chengqi decoction for DN patients can effectively improve their blood pressure,blood glucose,β-cell secretion function and renal function,which has high clinical application value.
