摘 要:为研究不同制退机对火炮动态特性的影响,设计了一种永磁式电磁制退机,以相同的射击载荷、后坐质量、后坐时间与位移为条件,确定电磁制退机、液压制退机与弹簧式复进机的结构参数,建立制退机力与复进机力的计算模型,求解火炮后坐复进运动动力学方程,得到火炮运动诸元与制退机力变化规律;基于lanczos法利用有限元软件对火炮结构进行柔性化处理,搭建刚柔耦合动力学模型,分别对永磁式电磁制退机与节制杆式液压制退机进行仿真分析,得到不同射角下火炮的运动情况与部分参数的动态响应,结果表明:与节制杆制退机相比,永磁式电磁制退机能够有效降低火炮运动过程中的炮口位移幅值与耳轴所受扭矩,改善火炮的运动特性。In order to study the influence of different recoilbrakes on the dynamic characteristics of artillery weapons,a permanent magnet electromagnetic recoilrecoil is designed under the conditions of the same firing load,recoil mass,recoil time and displacement.The structural parameters of electromagnetic recoil brakes,hydraulic recoilbrakes and spring recuperatorsare determined.The calculation models of the recoiling force and counter-recoiling force are established,and the dynamic equations of artillery recoil and counter-recoil solved.The variation laws of artillery motion data and braking force are obtained.Based on the lanczos method,the structure of the artillery weapon is flexibly treated by finite element software,and a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model is built.The permanent magnet electromagnetic recoil brake and the throttling bar hydraulic recoilbrake are simulated and analyzed respectively,and the motion of the artillery weapon and the dynamic response of some parameters under different firing angles are obtained.The results show thatthe permanent magnet electromagnetic recoil brake can effectively reduce muzzle displacement amplitude and the torque on the trunnions in the process of artillery movementcompared with the throttling bar brake.It improves the dynamic characteristics of artillery weapons.
