摘  要:开关器件是脉冲电源模块中关键组件之一,其需要承受巨大的电流上升率和极高的电流幅值。传统成熟的脉冲电源中的开关器件大多采用半控型器件晶闸管。为满足小型化、可携带电磁发射装置的发射能量精确可控的要求,在小型化脉冲电源中采用门极可关断晶闸管(GTO)、绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)、集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)作为脉冲电源中的开关器件,建立了该电源的电路模型,同时在脉冲电路中进行仿真,对其在脉冲电源中应用进行了可行性分析,并比较了3种器件的优缺点,分析表明:与其他器件相比,IGCT拥有一定的优势,在工程实践中对可关断脉冲电源的开关器件选取提供一定的参考依据。The switching device is one of the key components of a pulsed power supply module,which needs to tolerate huge current rise rates and extremely high current amplitude.Most traditional and mature pulsed power supplies use semi-controlled thyristors as switches.They serve as miniaturized and portable electromagnetic launching devices.Because launch energy must be accurate and controllable,gate turn-off thyristors(GTO),insulated gate bipolar transistors(IGBT)and integrated gate commutation thyristors(IGCT)are used in a miniaturization pulse power supply as switching devices.The circuit model for the power supply is established with simulations performed in the pulsed circuit.The feasibility of them being used in pulsed power supplies is also analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of the three devices are compared.The analysis shows that compared with other devices,the IGCT has certain advantages.In engineering practice,this paper provides a certain reference basis for selecting switching devices of shutdown pulsed power supplies.
