身心社灵护理对终末期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析身心社灵护理对终末期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院肿瘤科2021年3月至2021年9月收治的60例终末期恶性肿瘤患者展开前瞻性研究,利用乱数表法分为两组。对照组30例实施常规护理,观察组30例实施身心社灵护理,比较1个月后两组患者的90项症状清单评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、病人尊严量表评分、生存质量评分差异。结果护理后观察组90项症状清单评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、病人尊严量表评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论身心社灵护理有助于进一步提升终末期恶性肿瘤患者心理健康水平及生存质量,且患者尊严感及睡眠质量较高。Objective To analyze the impact of physical and mental spiritual care on the quality of life of patients with endstage malignant tumors.Methods A prospective study of 60 patients with end-stage malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Oncology,First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2021 to September 2021 were carried out,and the random number table method was used to divide them into two groups.A total of 30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 30 patients in the observation group were given physical and mental spiritual care.Compare the differences in 90 symptom list scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Patient Dignity Scale scores,and quality of life scores between the two groups after one month.Results The scores of 90 symptom list,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and Patient Dignity Scale of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health care helps to further improve the mental health and quality of life of patients with end-stage malignant tumors,with high sense of dignity and sleep quality.
