摘　　要：目的探讨在神经外科手术室护理中实施舒适护理的临床应用价值。方法选取南京医科大学附属脑科医院2021年1月至2021年10月接受颅内占位手术的44例患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组及研究组,各22例。对照组患者实施常规的手术室护理;研究组患者实施手术室舒适护理,比较两组手术患者的护理满意度和心理状态指标。结果护理后,研究组患者轻度不适者为90.91%,中度不适者为9.09%,护理满意度均优于对照组。研究组患者SCL-90评分各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科手术室护理实施舒适护理可缓解患者紧张、焦虑等不良情绪,提升手术过程中的舒适度,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical application value of comfort nursing in neurosurgery operating room nursing.Methods A total of 44 patients who underwent intracranial space-occupying surgery in the Brain Hospital Affiliated with Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group using the random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine operating room nursing.Patients in the experimental group received comfortable nursing in the operating room,and the nursing satisfaction and psychological state indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,mild discomfort patients in the study group were 90.91%,moderate discomfort patients were 9.09%,and nursing satisfaction was better than the control group.The SCL-90 scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing in the neurosurgery operating room can relieve patients'tension,anxiety,and other bad emotions,improve the comfort level in the operation process,and improve nursing satisfaction.
