系统护理干预对急性淋巴细胞白血病患者情绪、生命质量和睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察对急性淋巴细胞白血病患者实施系统护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月安阳市人民医院收治的82例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,其中实施常规护理的41例患者收入对照组,其余实施系统护理干预的41例患者收入研究组,比较两组情绪、生命质量和睡眠质量的差异。结果干预前,两组焦虑情绪评分和抑郁情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分均低于本组干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、共性症状及副作用和白血病特异模板5个领域生命质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组5个领域生命质量评分均高于本组干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组睡眠质量评分均低于本组干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预可疏导患者负面情绪,提高其生命质量,有助于改善急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的睡眠质量,干预效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to Anyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.Among them,41 patients who implemented routine nursing were included in the control group,and the remaining 41 patients who implemented systematic nursing intervention were included in the study group.The differences in mood,quality of life,and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety score and depression score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in social function,psychological function,physical function,common symptoms,and side effects,and leukemia-specific template of five areas of life quality scores(P>0.05).After the intervention,life quality scores in 5 fields in 2 groups were higher than before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,sleep quality scores in both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can relieve patients'negative emotions,improve their quality of life,and help to improve the sleep quality of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.The intervention effect is significant.
