基于“以证统病”思路探讨双心疾病的辨治策略

摘　　要：双心疾病作为“神明之心”“血脉之心”共病的复合疾病,具有临床表现多样、疾病诊断繁杂的特点。“以证统病”强调以中医辨证为核心,在辨证的基础之上兼顾疾病的特殊性进行加减用药,其应用于双心疾病的优势在于面对复杂的复合疾病时可以突破诊断繁多且难以抓住主病的局限,优先采用中医特色的整体辨证进行治疗。先证后病,以证统病,病证结合,可为双心疾病提供新的诊疗策略。Psycho-cardiological disease is a compounded disorder to“the heart of the spirit”and“the heart of the body”,and is characterized by diverse minifestations and complicated disease diagnosis.The treatment strategy of“syndrome dominating disease”emphasizes the core of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and gives prescriptions with modifications based on the syndrome differentiation and the features of the disease.In treatment of psycho-cardiological diseases,it has advantages,such as such as breaking through the challenges and limitation of duplicate diagnosis and difficult to grasp the main problem,and giving priority to treatment based on the TCM holism and syndrome differentiation.Syndrome first and disease thereafter,syndrome dominating disease,and combination of disease and syndrome provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatments of psycho-cardiological disease.
