摘　　要：更年期综合征又称绝经期综合征,指妇女绝经前后因性激素波动或减少所致的一系列躯体及精神心理症状。不寐又称失眠,是女性更年期综合征的常见症状之一,西医主要以镇静类和褪黑素受体激动剂类药物进行治疗。郭维琴教授对于治疗不寐有着独特见解和宝贵临床经验,认为辨治更年期综合征所致的不寐,应首辨虚实、再辨脏腑。实证不寐多由肝气不舒化火所致,虚证不寐主要与心、脾、肝、肾,以及气血阴精虚衰有关。郭老根据多年临床辨治不同证型的经验,总结提出在治疗上不应只着眼于不寐这一症状,而是应该辨证论治,在临床中灵活用药,增强疗效。Menopausal syndrome refers to a range of physical and psychological symptoms caused by fluctuations or decreases in hormones in women around menopause.Insomnia,also known as sleeplessness,is a common symptom,and modern western medical treatment is mainly based on sedatives and melatonin agonists.Professor Guo Weiqin has unique insights on and valuable clinical experience in insomnia.She believes that in the treatment of menopausal insomnia based on syndrome differentiation,we should distinguish between deficiency and excess and then between zang-fu organs.Excess insomnia is mostly caused by the stagnation and exuberance of liver qi transforming into fire,while deficiency insomnia is mainly related to the deficiency of heart,spleen,liver,kidney,qi,blood and yin essence.Boasting many years'clinical experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of insomnia,Professor Guo proposes that the treatment should focus on both manifestation and root cause,and she makes prescriptions in a flexible manner,achieving desirable curative effect.
