摘　　要：重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)是临床常见的危重急症,具有进展迅速、并发症多、死亡率高的特点。其中,急性肺损伤(ALI)是其最先出现的并发症,且是早期高死亡原因之一。目前尚无治疗本病的特效药,主要以对症支持为主,效果一般,因而亟需寻求更为有效的治疗方法。中医药在SAP并发ALI中有其独特的治法,并且其疗效在临床及基础研究中已得到初步认定,本文通过搜索PubMed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)和万方数据库近10年的相关文献,对SAP并发ALI的中医治疗进展进行综述。Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)is a common critical emergency in clinic,which is characterized by rapid progression,various complications,and high mortality.Among them,acute lung injury(ALI)is the first complication and one of the causes of early death.At present,western medicine has no definite drugs except symptomatic support,but the effect is not obvious.Therefore,it is urgent to seek more effective methods.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique treatment in SAP complicated with ALl,and its efficacy has been preliminarily recognized in clinical and basic studies.By searching the relevant literature of the past 10 years from PubMed,Web of Science,SinoMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,and Wanfang,this paper reviewed the therapeutic progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of SAP complicated by ALI.
