摘　　要：2型糖尿病属于糖尿病的一种,糖尿病病程漫长、难以治愈、易于复发,高脂血症是糖尿病继发症,是心血管疾病的主要危险因素。近年来大量文献报道了中医中药、中医外治法和中西医结合治疗不仅可以有效降糖、降脂、改善胰岛素抵抗、减轻炎症反应、提高机体抗氧化能力,还可以明显改善患者的临床症状、降低中医证候积分、减少不良反应、提高患者的生活质量。本文就2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的可能病因、发病机制、中西医疗法及治疗进展等方面进行综述,以期提供多样化的临床诊疗思路。Type 2 diabetes is a type of diabetes.Diabetes is difficult to cure and easy to relapse with a long course.Hyperlipidemia is a common complication of diabetes and is the main risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,a large number of studies have reported that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),external treatment of TCM,and integrated treatment of TCM and western medicine can not only effectively reduce blood sugar and lipid,improve insulin resistance,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,but also significantly improve clinical symptoms,reduce TcM syndrome scores,reduce adverse reactions,and improve quality of life of patients.This article reviewed the possible etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods in TCM and western medicine,and treatment progress of type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia in order to provide diversified clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
