摘  要:为了确定酸化时间、酸液质量浓度及采用溶蚀率进行酸液优选时所用煤样粒径,通过开展7种粒径的煤样分别与5种质量浓度的盐酸溶液反应不同时间后的酸化试验,测试了酸化前后煤样的质量,计算了溶蚀率,研究了粒径对溶蚀率、酸化时间及酸液质量浓度优选的影响。结果表明:在任意一种盐酸质量浓度及相同反应时间下,酸化煤样的溶蚀率均随初始粒径的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势,确定了酸化技术增透赵固二矿煤层的室内试验所用煤样的粒径为>0.5~1 mm;在任意同种粒径及相同盐酸质量浓度下,酸岩反应过程均经历3个阶段即快速反应阶段、反应稳定阶段、反应沉淀阶段,但不同粒径的煤样完成反应的时间不同,针对每种粒径的煤样确定了相应的酸化时间;在任意的同种粒径及相同反应时间下,溶蚀率均随酸液质量浓度的增加呈先增加后减小的趋势,煤样粒径对酸液质量浓度优选的影响甚微,确定了在赵固二矿实施酸化技术所用酸液是质量分数为5%的盐酸溶液。To determine the appropriate acidification time,acid mass concentration,and particle size of the coal samples used in the optimization of acid,coal particles with different particle sizes were used in the determination and characterization experiment of corrosion rate.The acidification tests of coal samples with 7 particle sizes reacted with 5 mass concentrations of the hydrochloric acid solution for different times were carried out.The dissolution rate was calculated by testing the quality of coal samples before and after acidizing,and the influence of particle size on the dissolution rate,the optimization of acidification time,and acid mass concentration were analyzed.The results show that under the condition of any mass concentration of hydrochloric acid and the same reaction time,the dissolution rate of acidified coal samples shows a tendency to decrease first and then increase with increasing initial particle size.The dissolution rate of the coal sample with a particle size≤0.075 mm is the highest.The dissolution rate of coal samples between 0.075 mm and 1 mm tends to decrease slightly with the increase in particle size,but it is much smaller than the dissolution rate of coal samples with a particle size≤0.075 mm.While the dissolution rate of coal samples between 1mm and 6mm tends to increase with the increase of particle size.Therefore,the coal samples with a particle size of>0.5-1 mm are decided to be used in the acidizing antireflective experiment of Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine.Under the condition of any particle size and the same hydrochloric acid mass concentration,with the increase of the reaction time,the dissolution rate gradually increases to the maximum value and stabilizes for a period,and then a slight decrease occurs.The reaction process of acid rock can be divided into three stages,namely the rapid reaction stage(0-1 h when particle size≤0.5 mm,0-1.5 h when particle size is>0.5-6 mm),reaction stabilization stage(1-1.5 h at particle size≤0.5 mm,1.5-2 h when the particle size is>0.5-6 mm),and r
