摘 要:选用常用的3种袋式除尘滤料——聚苯硫醚(Polyphenylene Sulfide,PPS)、涤纶和芳纶,研究不同材质滤料在相同时间、不同温度条件下挺度的变化规律。结果表明,随温度升高,PPS、涤纶和芳纶3种滤料的挺度均呈现先缓慢上升后迅速增大的现象,而滤料挺度发生骤升的温度拐点均略大于3种滤料常规使用温度,由此,可通过滤料的挺度变化判断滤料在使用过程中是否经历过超温。The performance of filter media directly determines the filtration effect and cost for bag filtration.In this paper,three commonly utilized filter media:PPS,polyester,and aramid are selected to study the change rule of stiffness with temperature.After the three filter media are treated under different thermal conditions,the stiffness is measured by the stiffness meter.The testing results show a phenomenon that the stiffness of the three filter media rise slowly at first and then have a rapid increase with the increase of temperature.It can also be observed that the temperature inflection points for the sudden rise of the stiffness are all slightly higher than the conventional operation temperatures for the three filter media.Generally speaking,PPS and aramid are high-temperature filter media and polyester is a low-temperature filter medium.And the conventional operation temperature point and the melting point of high-temperature filter media are higher than low-temperature filter media.So the temperature point corresponding to the sudden rising stiffness for polyester is much lower than those for PPS and aramid.The temperature point corresponding to the sudden rising stiffness for PPS is higher than its normal operating temperature of 190℃and its instantaneous operation temperature of 210℃.The stiffness of polyester increases obviously when it exceeds its conventional operation temperature of 150℃.The stiffness of aramid increases rapidly when it exceeds the conventional operation temperature of 200℃.The weft stiffness values of the three filter media are all significantly greater than the warp stiffness values.And the increasing rate of weft stiffness is also higher than that of warp stiffness.The stiffness values of PPS,polyester,and aramid are less than 6 mN·m before they go through their over-temperature point.Therefore,whether a filter medium has experienced over temperature during its lifetime can be judged by its stiffness change,which can be utilized to predict and judge the performance and servi
