摘 要:某型飞机复合材料平尾盒段载荷校准试验校准载荷远小于试验加载装置的载荷输出能力,严重影响试验安全及加载精度。针对该问题首先分析了加载装置载荷输出能力和加载精度影响因素,并提出限制加载装置载荷输出能力及提高加载精度的方法;基于复合材料平尾盒段载荷量级较小的特点,形成了一种基于小量级校准载荷的加载技术,通过在地面调试台架对该项技术进行验证,最后该项技术成功应用于某型飞机复合材料平尾盒段载荷校准试验,也可为其他类似问题的试验加载提供参考。The calibration load of the composite horizontal tail box section of a certain type of airplane in the load calibration test is far less than the load output capacity of the test loading device,which seriously affects the test safety and loading accuracy.Aiming at the problem,the influencing factors of the load output capacity and loading accuracy of the loading device were analyzed,and a method to limit the load output capacity of the loading device and improve the loading accuracy was proposed.Based on the characteristic of small-scale calibration load of the composite horizontal tail box section,a loading technology based on small-scale calibration load was proposed and verified on the ground.Finally,the technology was successfully applied to the load calibration test of the composite horizontal tail box section of a certain type of airplane.This study can provide reference for test loading with similar problems.
