摘  要:为了解决利用杠杆法设计和分析多档位、多排行星排结构的问题,提出了拓展原有的杠杆法。利用传动比分布均匀、执行元件数量少的优点,并结合拓展的杠杆法,研究和设计一套完整的8速自动变速器新型动力传递方案的行星排结构。通过对8速自动变速器档位切换的过程分析,该方案的档位切换遵循单一切换原则,这不仅有利于简化对自动变速器换档过程的控制,还能降低换挡顿挫感,改善车辆的乘坐舒适性。同时,利用平面图形判定法检验新方案中的行星排结构和执行元件之间的位置布置关系不存在几何干涉问题,因此,该8速动力传递方案及其行星排结构是可以实现的。In order to solve the problems in the design of the multi-gear,multi-row planetary gear structure by lever method,the expanded lever method was proposed.Based on the advantages of evenly distributed transmission ratio and small number of actuators,and by using the extended lever method,the planetary gear structure was designed for a complete and new power transmission scheme of the 8-speed automatic transmission.Through the analysis of the gear shifting process of the 8-speed automatic transmission,the gear shifting of the new scheme followed a single shifting principle,which not only simplified the control of the shifting process,but also reduced the shifting frustration,and improved the driving comfort of the vehicle.Through plane graphics judgment method,it was verified that there was no interference problem in the position arrangement of the planetary gear structure and the actuators in the new scheme.Therefore,the 8-speed power transmission scheme and its planetary gear structure were feasible.
