摘  要:一种机载机电管理与控制系统包括两台机电管理计算机和两台远程接口单元,提出针对该系统的测试验证方法。模拟机电管理与控制系统的上位机和激励信号源进行信息级综合,实现数据交互,完成基于测试用例的测试验证试验。测试设计与实现主要包括两台机电管理计算机通过1394B总线组网测试、两台远程接口单元通过1394B总线组网测试、机电管理与控制系统通过1394B总线组网测试;该测试验证方法实现机电管理与控制系统交联数据的模拟、综合显示、数据解析、记录回放等功能。测试验证试验结果表明,通过该测试验证方法,实现了测试系统工作稳定、可靠,有效节省了硬件资源、准确实现了信号级和系统级故障检测,与传统检测方式相比,可以平均节省30%的试验时间。An aircraft electromechanical management and control system includes two electromechnical management computers and two remote interface units.A test and verification method for the system is proposed.The article simulates the upper computer of the electromechanical management and control system and the excitation signal source for information level synthesis,realizes data interaction and completes the test case.The test design and implementation mainly include two electromechnical management computers through 1394 b bus networking test,two remote interface units through 1394b bus networking test,electromechanical management and control system through 1394 b bus networking test.The test and verification method realizes the functions of simulation,comprehensive display,data analysis,recording and playback of cross-linked data of lectromechanical management and control system.The test and verification test results show that through this test and verification method,the test system works stably and reliably,effectively realizes signal level and system level fault detection,and can save an average of 30%of test time compared with traditional detection methods.
