摘 要:地表水资源可利用量是合理开发利用区域水资源的重要参考依据,厦门市工农业发达、人口稠密,水资源供需矛盾突出,研究厦门市地表水资源可利用量十分必要。通过Tennant法、流量历时曲线法等5种方法计算不同水文站生态基流,根据计算结果分析确定各个水文站控制断面适宜生态需水量,并对汛期洪水弃水量计算方法进行分析,采用倒扣法计算水资源可利用量。结果表明,厦门市地表水可利用量为3.05亿m^(3),汛期洪水弃水量占地表水资源总量57%,在保护环境的基础上提高汛期水资源利用率,区域水资源可利用量将大幅度提高。The available of water resources is an important reference basis for rational development and utilization of regional wa⁃ter resources.Xiamen is a densely populated city with a developed industry and agriculture,which has resulted in an accentuated conflict between the supply and demand of water resources.It is necessary to study the availability of surface water resources in Xiamen City.This research uses five methods such as Tennant method and flow duration curve method to calculate the ecological base flow of different hydrological stations,the appropriate ecological water demand for the control section of each hydrological station wais determined according to the calculation results.We analyze the calculation method of flood abandoned water quantity in flood season and use the inverse method to calculate the available water resources.The results show that the usable amount of surface water in Xiamen is 305 million m^(3),the amount of abandoned water in flood season accounts for 57%of the total surface water resources.To improve the utilization rate of water resources in flood season on the basis of environmental protection,the availability of regional water resources will be greatly increased.
